I. Eligibility: 1.Punctuality, proactive attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn. 2.Current third or fourth-year students of our university, either nationals or overseas students （with valid work permits）. 3.Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential due to the Kuwaiti nationality of Professor Abdullah, the instructor. 4.Possession of teaching assistant qualification. If not already qualified, attendance at the "Teaching Assistant Certification Workshop" on August 30th, 112th year of the institution, organized by the Teaching Development Center, is mandatory to be eligible for employment. II. Job Responsibilities: 1.Assist the instructor in preparing course materials and maintaining the course webpage. 2.Attend lectures and activities as a participant （full participation required）, assist in weekly attendance taking, track student attendance status, and manage student leave requests. 3.Provide learning consultation services. 4.Assist the instructor in calculating grades. III. Salary: Monthly compensation as per the universitys Teaching Assistant Guidelines. IV. Class Schedule: Mondays, Periods 3 and 4. V. Work Hours: Approximately 4 hours per week （2 hours for attending lectures, 2 hours for handling course and student-related matters）. VI. Application Process: 1.Prepare your English personal information including name, department, student ID, contact number, email, brief personal statement, and reasons for applying, all within 2 A4 pages.
