Overview The post-doctoral position in the laboratory of Dr. Chia-Yi Cheng （鄭佳宜） at the Department of Life Science at National Taiwan University is fully funded and will focus on Translational Agriculture. The research will build on the recent publication by Cheng et al., （2021） and will use a machine learning approach to identify genes that are predictive of and functionally essential in nitrogen use efficiency （NUE） in Arabidopsis and maize. Responsibilities The post-doctoral researcher is responsible for conducting and managing a research grant. You will be required to write annual progress reports, manuscripts, and communicate our work at conferences and meetings.
