Content	1. Job Title Assistant Professor or above 2. Qualifications （1） Holds a Ph.D. degree approved by the Ministry of Education. Proof of degree verification must be provided for degrees from foreign institutions. （2） Applicant’s field of specialization shall be in relation to arts e.g. audiovisual, music or art design. （3） The capacity of teaching in English is required； applicants with experience in offering course（s） taught entirely in English are preferred. 3. Anticipated Start Date From February 1st, 2023 4. Job Descriptions Teaching general-education courses in English, along with other obligations to be detailed in the appointment letter. 5. Required Documents （1）A curriculum vitae, which contains the following: a. Basic personal information. 　 b. Contact information: address, phone number, email address, and emergency contact person. c. Detailed educational background and working experiences, indicating the beginning and ending dates, e.g., 8/2006 - 8/2009. d. Complete publication list. 【Please refer to the attached file.】 Please attach the publications with the e-mail. e. A syllabus for the course proposed and other related documents. f. A Chinese autobiography of 700 - 1,000 characters （not required for non-native Chinese speakers）. g. An English autobiography of 2,000 - 3,000 words. （2）Photocopies of personal identification card or passport, diplomas or　　　 certificates of education and proofs of work experiences. （3）Two letters of recommendation（to be sent directly by the referees to 　　 Center for General Education, National Taiwan University at 　　 cge@ntu.edu.tw）. （4）Photocopy of Teacher’s certificate（if any）. （5）Proof of having conducted courses in English（if any）. （6）Other supporting materials. 6. Application Procedure （1）Application Deadline: 10 pm, October 7th, 2022（GMT+8）. No late submission will be accepted. （2）Electronic files of all the materials shall be submitted as email attachments to: cge@ntu.edu.tw（Subject: NTU Faculty position_Center for General Education_Applicant name）. （3）Applicants who pass the initial screening will be invited to come to NTU for interview and trial teaching in late November.
