Content The Department of Life Science, College of Life Science, National Taiwan University (Taipei, Taiwan) invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor level or above in the fields of neuroscience/ animal physiology, starting from February 1st, 2023.

Description
Applicants are expected to develop internationally recognized research and firmly commit to undergraduate education. The successful candidates are expected to teach animal physiology and general biology (lectures and laboratories).
NTU ranks 68th of the QS World’s Top 100 Universities in 2022, ranking 79th in Biological Sciences. The Department of Life Science has a long-standing tradition of maintaining an integrated research program across all basic biological sciences, including neuroscience, molecular and cellular biology, genomics, ecology and evolution, and plant sciences. The core facilities supported by the college also provide outstanding resources for research services.

Qualifications
The applicant must have a Ph.D. (or equivalent) degree and international research experience. Candidates with post-doctoral training are preferred.

The applicant should submit an application package with a cover letter, including curriculum vitae, research and teaching plans, a copy of the official transcript of a doctoral program, a list of publications dated after February 1st, 2016, and PDF files of related publications, and list of three referees.
