Title SPE Job Opening: Administrative Assistant / Junior Manager, Dean’s Office

Content Job Description
1.Manage the Dean’s schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
2.Accompany the Dean at university-level meetings and events, providing Chinese-English interpretation as needed.
3.Plan and execute School-level events, including but not limited to event planning, budget preparation, on-site coordination, and expense reimbursement.
4.Handle other duties as assigned by the Dean.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a domestic or international university or graduate school.
2.Previous administrative experience in a university, academic institution, or similar setting is preferred. Experience as an administrative assistant is also a plus.
3. Strong Chinese and English communication skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work independently in planning and executing assigned tasks and events.
6. Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

School of Political Science and Economics, National Taiwan University
(5th Floor, Chung Hsing Research Hall, No. 21, Xuzhou Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 100025, Taiwan)

Salary
Based on the SPE Regulations for the Employment of Contract Personnel. First-year salary approximately NT$35,370 (Administrative Assistants) / NT$47,115 (Junior Managers); salary may be adjusted based on the schools regulations.
