Content	《 Job Title 》 Administrative Assistant for Prof. Chiara Labanti （藍嘉雅, Department of Electrical Engineering） and Prof. Yi-Chun Chin （秦逸群, International College）《 Starting Date 》 To be discussed； expected around August 2026 《 Job Tasks 》 • General laboratory and research group administrative management • Funding management and expense reporting （e.g., NSTC and NTU internal grants） • Salary processing for students and PIs； receipt recording and reimbursements • Procurement of lab equipment and coordination of deliveries • Lab bureaucracy including safety compliance, floorplan drawings, and liaison with building management and engineering offices • Maintaining organised records of all research group documents • Supporting English communication and administrative tasks for both professors • Other duties as assigned 《 Requirements 》 • Education: Bachelor degree or above； field and background open • Proficient in English （reading, writing, and communication） • Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite （Word, Excel, PowerPoint） and general computer literacy • Experience in university administrative roles preferred • Experience with NSTC or university funding management an advantage • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities 《 Working Hours & Benefits 》 • Full-time, Monday to Friday • Annual leave in accordance with Labour Standards Act • Labour and health insurance, pension contribution per regulations； 1.5-month year-end bonus 《 Salary 》 Commensurate with qualifications and experience, in accordance with NTU assistant personnel pay scale. 《 Application Materials 》 • CV in English • Cover letter in English • Highest academic qualification certificate • Any other documents demonstrating relevant experience or language ability 《 How to Apply 》 Please combine all documents into a single PDF and send by email to both addresses below.
