The Department of Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering at National Taiwan University （NTU） invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions starting from February 1, 2026. 1.A doctoral degree （Assistant Professor or above） and the capability to teach in English is required. Applicants shall also be able to teach undergraduate-level professional courses, together with general core education, liberal education, or service learning, for at least 2 credits every academic year. 2.Applicants are required to offer one course from the core required subjects: "Electronics I", "Electromagnetism", "Switching Circuits and Logic Design" or "Solid-State Electronics". Additionally, the applicant must offer one course from the elective required subjects: "Semiconductor Devices", "Semiconductor Process" ,"Integrated Circuit Design" or "Strength of Materials". 3.Applicants must not be current full-time faculty or researchers employed by domestic public or private universities, colleges, or academic research institutions. Applicants should submit their applications by post or e-mail to the department chairman before September 22 2025.
