New World Development Company Limited (the "Group"; stock code: 17.HK) is a leading conglomerate based in Hong Kong which was founded in 1970 and publicly listed in 1972. It is a constituent stock of the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index with a total asset value of HK$332.2 billion as at 30 June 2013. For more than four decades, the Group has expanded its business portfolio from a single focus on property business to four core areas - property, infrastructure and service, department store and hotel , which businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau and other international citites.
To cope with the Group''s extensive developement and fulfill our mission of nurturing young talents for society, we are now looking for a pool of energetic, innovative and proactive talent to join our Group Management Trainee (MT) Programme. This programme targets to groom a team of future leaders of high calibre for succession of th Group.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recent graduates (including those from Mainland China or Overseas) possessing the following qualities are welcome to apply:

●With a major preferably in Architectural Studies / Building Services Engineering / Business & Economics / Communication & Journalism / Hospitality & Tourism / Property Management / Statistics / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Surveying, or other related disciplines
●Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
