本校SSL VPN服務提供教職員學生從校外網路透過加密連線進入臺大網路環境，以順利存取臺大重要服務，包括：計中版權軟體下載、圖書館資料庫電子期刊、及其他僅供臺大網路連線等重要系統。
基於資安考量，本校SSL VPN校外連線服務自109學年度第二學期起從「預設開放」改為「線上申請」制，使用者可透過網頁設定隨時申請開放或關閉個人VPN權限。
計資中心已分階段實施帳號VPN權限申請制，採取措施說明如下：
1.【專兼任教師帳號】預計111年3月1日啟動VPN申請制，屆時已申請啟用VPN權限者才能夠使用VPN。此階段不含退休教師帳號。
2. 即日起在校教職員、學生帳號隨時可線上啟用VPN權限，同時為了提高個人身份確認之可靠性，於線上啟用VPN權限時，除了以計中帳號密碼作為第一層認證，也需要備妥臺大教職員證/學生證，以輸入必要認證資訊。
3. VPN權限啟用後有效期限為一年，即將到期前一個月開始會寄信提醒，屆時即可立刻線上展延VPN權限；若未於有效期限截止前展延權限，到期後帳號狀態將改為關閉VPN。
【啟用服務方式】：
線上啟用VPN權限網址：http://changepassword.cc.ntu.edu.tw
1. 登入後請選擇「4. 進階功能：啟用SSLVPN校外連線服務」
2. 輸入教職員識別證背面右下角末四碼後按「申請驗證」
3. 選擇「1. 啟用/停用SSLVPN校外連線（Enable/Disable SSLVPN）」進入SSLVPN服務申請網頁
4. 根據帳號需求，點選「啟用服務」或「停止服務」
【注意事項】：
＊若因人在國外教職員證不在身邊之緊急狀況，請聯絡計資中心諮詢服務取得進一步協助；其他證件問題，例如卡片遺失，敬請儘速補辦有效證件。
＊對於部分人員原本無教職員證者，請至人事相關單位申請，若遭遇困難請來電計中諮詢。
＊有關啟用VPN權限的流程等相關問題（例如卡號無法識別），可聯繫計中諮詢服務，電話33665022~3，email: 109-01@ntu.edu.tw。
From March 1, 2022, in order to use NTU SSL VPN service, NTU faculty have to enable VPN service for their account. Each account’s VPN service can be activated or suspended online at any time. To activate your VPN service, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to http://changepassword.cc.ntu.edu.tw and login.
2. After login, choose from Service List「4. 進階功能：啟用SSLVPN校外連線服務」
3. You’ll need to enter a series of number on the lower right corner of the back of your NTU faculty card. For example, if the complete number sequence is “123 456789 0”, then enter “7890” these 4 digits.
4. After successfully activate your VPN privilege, you can use NTU SSL VPN as usual.
5. The VPN validity period is one year. One month before its expiration, there’ll be email notification to remind you. Your VPN validity can be extended right away online, or you can re-activate afterwards.
＊ If your NTU faculty card is not around and you need to use VPN urgently, please contact Computing Center Helpdesk for assistance.
＊ If you lost or never apply your NTU faculty card, please contact Personnel department office for applying a new NTU ID card.
