【工讀內容】SaaS Support Specialist
Were looking for a talented SaaS Support Specialist that can meet our high bar, wants to take significant ownership of parts of the platform, and is a great fit for our open, driven, and collaborative team culture.
The Role and Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include supporting CakeResumes local/global users and helping resolve any platform-related questions. To do well in this role you need to be able to quickly learn new feature releases and be confident in helping the user with any support-related matter. Excellent communication and a customer-centric mindset are a must.
You play an important role to create the best user experiences and are the link between the SaaS operations and product team, and users.
◾ Experience in customer support or customer success is a must.
◾ Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Able to respond, communicate with users and in a professional manner.
◾ You are a tech-savvy person and a quick learner. Have a passion for SaaS startups – eager to learn CakeResume’s products and services.
◾ Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and work independently with self-discipline and minimal micro-managerial oversight.
◾ You can work a minimum of 16 hrs/week, including 4hrs remote work over weekends.
◾ Experience in SaaS platforms or technical support is a plus.
◾ Familiar with CakeResume’s resume builder and user lifecycle, and understand CakeResume’s value.
◾ Familiar with customer support tools such as FreshChat and FreshDesk is a plus.
