【2021 Management Trainee Program】
5 Management Trainee programs open in 2021.
Nestle Management Trainee Program is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of our business. The 24-month program provides Management Trainees with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. Within your stream you will also be rotated across departments and experience the excitement of a fast-paced nature of FMCG business.
This will be an accelerated pathway that will help unlock the fullest potential in the individual.
【Qualifications for Management Trainee position】
● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
● A fresh graduate or those with maximum 3 years of working experience in any of areas above.
● Good academic records and participation in extracurricular activities.
● Fluent interpretation in Mandarin Chinese and English.

15 Nesternship programs open in 2021.
Available streams in Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, Consumer Insights, Corporate Communications, Customer Relationship Management, Membership Management and Supply Chain Management and Retail Supply Chain Management. The internship period is 6-9 months depending on the department.
【Qualifications for Management Trainee position】
■ Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mass Communication, Nutrition, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
■ Flexible working hours with minimum of 3 full working days per week at Nestle Taipei office
■ Good academic record and active participation extracurricular activities
■ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
