We are looking for Intern – Customer Experience Analyst to make an impact!

What you will do:
As part of our Customer Quality & Satisfaction (CS&Q) team you will
•Manage 2021 overall experience survey campaign in Taiwan, including pre-campaign preparation, interviewer audit, alert management, and result analysis •Support Customer Voice adoption initiatives •Support FAQ backstage management, coordinating with offer marketers/PAE for the content
Experience and skills we are looking for: •Students who are currently pursuing Bachelor of Business or equivalent •Data analytics (Excel, minimum level required: be familiar with vlookup and pivot table) •Good communicator •Video editing skill is a plus but not necessary •Prior internship experience in similar function will be an added advantage •Able to communicate effectively bilingually in English & Mandarin •Able to intern for at least 6 months We are looking forward to welcoming you in our team!
