醫師賴育宏博士成功將臺灣優質的癌症基因檢測服務（Tumour Genetic Testing）引入新加坡、泰國、馬來西亞及菲律賓的數十家癌症專科醫院，正式進入醫院內部的分子診斷選單系統，行動基因新加坡子公司ACT Genomics（Singapore）Pte. Ltd.資深副總裁賴育宏醫師（哲學博士）憑藉的是對利基市場、競爭者的精準觀察，以及有效行銷具差異性、技術領先的廣泛型癌症基因檢測與整合方案服務，帶領來自臺灣本土的生技公司，成功邁出拓展新南向國家市場的第一步。
Dr Yu-Hung Lai successfully introduced Tumour Genetic Testing into a dozen of Cancer Centers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines, accompanied with molecular diagnostics set in the internal menu systems of hospitals. Dr Yu-Hung Lai, a senior vice president at ACT Genomics（Singapore）Pte. Ltd., with an acute observation on niche markets and competitors, as well as the capabilities of effectively marketing the cutting-edge services ranging from extensive genetic testing for cancer to integrated services, successfully led the local biotechnology companies in Taiwan to get a foot in the door of markets in New Southbound countries.
