【工作內容】：從事初級纖毛Primary cilia相關研究研究. Primary cilium is a microtubule based sensory organelle which gets intense attention recently. We are studying a protein of interest which intriguingly regulates the formation and communication of primary cilia. Besides the routine molecular biology and cell biological assays, we provide advanced imaging techniques to tackle the research question. Knockout mice of this protein of interest have also been generated to explore the fundamental biological function of this gene.
