教職員工申辦115學年度汽車停車證申辦及應行注意事項
說明：
一、公告對象：全校教職員工（含專任助理、博士後研究員等計畫人員）。
二、公告內容：
（一）115學年度教職員工汽車停車證，自即日起至115年8月31日止受理網路登錄申請，請上本校停車證申請網頁登錄ttps://my.ntu.edu.tw/ntupass/），為確保自身之權益，申請人於辦理汽車停車證前，請先詳閱「115學年度教職員工申辦汽車停車證應行注意事項」（附件）。
（二）首次申請或車籍異動者，請至總務處事務組網頁下載汽車停車證初次申請表，並檢附有效之本人駕駛執照、行車執照（本人或配偶）及教職員工證影本後，將資料交由系所單位統一辦理。
（三）辦理地下室停車證人數如超過限額時，依本校校園交通管理要點第18點之規定，以該建物所屬單位人員優先申辦，敬請前揭單位所屬人員於115年8月14日前登錄，逾期視同放棄，屆時若有剩餘車位，將開放停車場周圍系所同仁申請。
（四）本學年停車區域新增芳蘭第四平面停車場（臨基隆路三段115巷與芳蘭路交叉路口）開放登記。
（五）本校汽車停車月證及臨停費率調整業經115年1月20日第3208次行政會議審議通過，校內月證費率自115學年度10月起調整。

2026–2027 Academic Year Faculty and Staff Car Parking Permit Application and Guidelines
1. Eligible Applicants:
All NTU faculty and staff members, including full-time research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, and other project personnel.
2. Application Period:
Applications will be accepted online from now until August 31, 2026.
3. Application Method & Important Notes:
•Online Application:
Please visit the NTU Parking Permit Application System at https://my.ntu.edu.tw/ntupass/ to complete your application.
Before applying, please carefully review the "Application Guidelines for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Faculty and Staff Car Parking Permit" （Attachment 1）.
•For First-Time Applicants or Vehicle Information Updates:
Please download the "Initial Application Form for Car Parking Permit" from the General Services Division website. Complete the form and attach photocopies of the following documents:
i. A valid driver’s license
ii. Vehicle Registration Certificate （registered under the applicants or spouses name）
iii. NTU faculty/staff ID
Submit all required documents to your department or administrative unit for centralized submission.
•Underground Parking Permit Application Restrictions:
If the number of applicants exceeds the available quota, eligibility will be determined in accordance with Article 18 of the NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY Directives for the Management of Traffic on Campus, with priority given to personnel from the units occupying the building.
Eligible personnel must complete their application by August 14, 2026. Late submissions will be considered as a waiver of the application. If any parking spaces remain, they will be opened to departments and units adjacent to the parking area.
•A new parking area, Fanglan 4th Parking Lot （located at the intersection of Lane 115, Section 3, Keelung Road and Fanglan Road）, has been added for the 2026–2027 academic year and is now open for registration.
•The adjustment of the on-campus monthly parking permit fees and temporary parking rates for automobiles was approved at the 3,208th Administrative Meeting held on January 20, 2026. The on-campus monthly parking permit fees will be adjusted beginning with the 2026–2027 academic year. Details of the monthly parking permit fees for each parking area and the Parking Cleaning Fee Schedule for the 2026–2027 academic year are provided in the Attachment 2.
