自行車＆魔術＆樂活健體三分會聯合舉辦會員聯歡活動
115.02.07（六） 大稻埕社子島迪化街商圈悠遊騎之旅
一、活動宗旨：為緊密聯繫同仁情感及招募會員，特舉辦本次三分會員聯歡活動：「115.02.07（六） 大稻埕社子島迪化街商圈悠遊騎之旅」。
二、參加對象：本校教職員工及眷屬（含退休人員）共30名（每人另補助120元餐食費；*意外險費需自行負擔，初估1日保費33元，請聯繫劉小姐，0920017568），請從速報名。
三、活動時間：115年02月07日（周六）上午09：00集合出發（*如因故遲到，請先電告MR.張0921935741、0919911472）。
四、出發地點：永福橋台北端八角亭（公館水岸廣場）集合（*詳附件行程說明）。
五、活動行程：公館（起點）（騎河濱自行車道）大稻埕站社子島頭公園（折返）大稻埕站（出水門）迪化街商圈逛街及用餐公館（終點）[*約40公里數]
六、報名時間：即日起至115年02月06日（周五）下班17:00止，請在Line群組，或以電子郵件chungho1@ntu.edu.tw或sunfu660112@ntu.edu.tw報名。
七、活動說明：本活動費用將依照文康會活動辦法補助教職員工（含退休人員），不足部分及眷屬所需費用，請自行負擔。
八、報名人數：報名時，請自行斟酌身體健康及體能狀況，報名人數教職員工（含退休人員）限30人，額滿為止（但眷屬人數不限）。
九、注意事項：參加者於活動當天，請自行斟酌身體狀況與體力，並建議自備雨具如雨衣、車帽、手套、醫藥品及飲水（*主辦單位不分發罐裝水），穿著輕便衣服、運動鞋及自備或租用自行車（*可向同仁借車，或在校園內或思源街上租U-Bike，或在公館水岸廣場租車），檢視自行車妥善，注意路途安全，尊重及依循主辦單位志工引導。
十、活動異動：依中央氣象署所發布陸上颱風或大雨資訊為主，並在報名網上公告週知，保留延長日期或必要時改採雨天備案舉辦。若延期，日期將另行公告周知。
Joint Membership Campaign of Bike Cycling & Magic & Physique for LOHAS Branches, Committee of the Recreational Activities Promotion for Teaching and Other Staff Members, NTU
“Dadaocheng & Shezidao & Dihua Street Joyous Leisure Cycling Trip, 7 February 2026”
1.Purpose: For further closely linking friendship of Teaching and Other Staff Members and inviting new staff to participate, cordially hold this networking activity for riding to Shezidao Daotou Park （in Taipei city）, called as “Dadaocheng & Shezidao & Dihua Street Joyous Leisure Cycling Trip, 7 February 2026.”
2.Participant: Teaching and Other Staff Members of NTU and their Relatives （including Retirees）, maximum of 30 participants （NTU will offer subsidy of NTD 120 meal expenses to each participant； if you need accident insurance, please contact Miss Liu, 0920017568, and roughly pay NTD 33 per day by yourself.）
3.Activities Time: Gathering and Departing on 09:00 AM, on Saturday, 7 February 2026. （if you gather late, please call Mr Chang, 0921935741 or 0919911472 in advance.）
4.Departure Place: Octagonal Pavilion （i.e. Gongguan Riverside Plaza under YongFu Bridge）, Taipei City side of YongFu Bridge （See attachment about Riding route plan）
5.Schedule: From Octagonal Pavilion （i.e. Gongguan Riverside Plaza under YongFu Bridge） to Dadaocheng Wharf, then to Shezidao Daotou Park and Dihua Street shopping district（walk around and have lunch）, and finally Return to Octagonal Pavilion.[Rough total 40 km]
6.Application Deadline: Start from now on to 05:00 PM, this Friday, 6 February 2026. Please apply via our line group or by mail to chungho1@ntu.edu.tw or sunfu660112@ntu.edu.tw
7.Description: NTU will subsidize NTD 120 meal expenses to each participant according to NTU rules, and over the subsidy, participant must pay at your own expense.
8.Number of Participant: maximum of 30 participants to Teaching and Other Staff Members （including Retirees） of NTU, but no limit to their Relatives. When you apply, please evaluate your own health situation and physical ability.
9.Notice: Participants shall carefully check your own health situation and physical ability on 7 February 2026, as well as carry the umbrella （for safety, not to use umbrellas when cycling）, raincoat, medicines and drinking water as well as wear bike helmet and golves （Note: we will not provide any bottle water）. We recommend you would better wear light and casual clothes and sneakers, as well as ride your own bike, or borrow one from colleagues, or rent one, like Youbike, on campus or the Siwen Street or Octagonal Pavilion nearby. During riding, please check the bike’s perfection and take care of your own safety. Most importantly, you should respect and follow up the direction of activity volunteers.
10.Activities Change: We will declare to postpone this activity if typhon is close to Taiwan or heavy rain advisory, according to Central Weather Administration’s information. Then we will decide to postpone this activity or adopt a fallback plan, if necessary. Appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our rules. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us soon.
