*Recruited position: Full-time faculty member （assistant professor, associate professor or professor）
*Date of Appointment: August 1, 2027 or February 1, 2028
*Area of interest:
1.Semiconductor materials and devices for optoelectronics （including fields in energy, display, optical communication, and quantum）
2.Photonics （including optical communication, Si photonics, and systems）
3.Artificial intelligence in Photonics and Optoelectronics research
*Required documents:
1.Letter of Application Intention
2.Curriculum vitae （including publications list, teaching, and research plans）
3.1~3 copies of representative publications within the past 5 years, and several additional publications within the past 7 years
4.3 recommendation letters （should be separately emailed to juichetsai@ntu.edu.tw by referees）
5. A photocopy of the Ph.D. diploma （or an original certificate of expected graduation）
6. An original copy of the college and graduate school transcript
