說明：
一、公告對象：
全校教職員工（含專任助理、博士後研究員等計畫人員）。
二、公告內容：
（一）114學年度教職員工汽車停車證，自即日起至114年8月31日止受理網路登錄申請，請上本校停車證申請網頁登錄（https://my.ntu.edu.tw/ntupass/），為確保自身之權益，申請人於辦理汽車停車證前，請先詳閱「114學年度教職員工申辦汽車停車證應行注意事項」（附件一）。
（二）首次申請或車籍異動者，請至總務處事務組網頁下載汽車停車證初次申請表，並檢附有效之本人駕駛執照、行車執照（本人或配偶）及教職員工證影本後，將資料交由系所單位統一辦理。
（三）辦理地下室停車證人數如超過限額時，依本校校園交通管理要點第18點之規定，以該建物所屬單位人員優先申辦，敬請前揭單位所屬人員於114年8月15日前登錄，逾期視同放棄，屆時若有剩餘車位，將開放停車場周圍系所同仁申請（依事務組網頁「相關資訊」公告為準）。
（四）若尚有不清楚之處，請於上班時間電洽聯絡窗口李瑋弘小姐33662234~7#115或來信leeweihung@ntu.edu.tw。並請於114年9月23日起至同年月30日止，由各系所單位統一派員至事務組領取車證。
Application for 2025 NTU Faculty & Staff Car Parking Permits and Related Guidelines
1. Eligible Applicants:
All NTU faculty and staff members, including full-time research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, and other project-based personnel.
2. Application Period:
From now until August 31, 2025.
3. Application Method & Important Notes:
•Online Application:
Please visit the NTU Parking Permit Application System at https://my.ntu.edu.tw/ntupass/ to complete your application.
Before applying, please carefully review the "Application Guidelines for the 2025 NTU Faculty & Staff Car Parking Permit" （see attachment）.
•For First-Time Applicants or Vehicle Information Updates:
Please download the "Initial Application Form for Car Parking Permit" from the General Services Division website. Complete the form and attach photocopies of the following documents:
i. A valid driver’s license
ii. Vehicle registration （under the applicants or spouses name）
iii. NTU faculty/staff ID
Submit all documents to your department or unit for unified processing.
•Underground Parking Permit Application Restrictions:
If the number of applicants exceeds the available quota, eligibility will be determined in accordance with Article 18 of the NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY Directives for the Management of Traffic on Campus, with priority given to personnel from units located in the same building as the parking facility.
Eligible personnel must complete their application by August 15, 2025. Late submissions will be considered as a waiver of the application. If any parking spaces remain, they will be opened to neighboring units, as announced on the General Services Division website.
•Parking Permit Collection:
Each department or unit is requested to assign a representative to collect the parking permits from the General Services Division between September 23 and September 30, 2025.
