Uber Taiwan is back this year again with the SOAR Management Trainee Program. Are you and your students ready to meet our Uber Team, and hear their stories and get an insight into what it’s like to be part of the Uber team? We are super excited to meet you all. We are back this year again with the SOAR Management Trainee Program.
SOAR is an 18-month immersion rotational program where Management trainees get to engage in the various functions within the organization: Central, CX and COE （P&E） for individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience and are ready to make an impact. Trainees will have a chance to collaborate on a wide span of work including strategy development, program execution, data analytics, and process optimization.
