[Job Description] Full-time personal assistant wanted to support the work of Professor Stephen Payne and his research group:
1. Refurbishing and maintaining the laboratory space for the research group;
2. Dealing with the submission and management of grants (both internal and external);
3. Dealing with the appointment of research assistants;
4. Setting up and maintaining the research group website;
5. Acting as a point of contact and liaising with the institute, the university and the wider academic community;
6. Reading and filtering emails to ensure that all information is transmitted appropriately;
7. Translation of documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
8. Other routine duties that arise from time to time.

[Job Experiences Required] Previous experience of administrative duties is desirable.

[Requirements]
1. A high standard of English language skills, both written and oral.
2. At least a bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related subject.
3. An interest in the area of brain research.

[Location]
National Taiwan University Institute of Applied Mechanics.

[Working hours] 9:00 to 18:00

[Salary Range] According to National Taiwan University’s chart for the full-time personal assistant, and the University’s other relevant rules. (Bonus can be given according to performance.)
