Content	The Department of Entomology at the National Taiwan University invites applications for a faculty position （open rank） in the areas of Insect Biodiversity （preferable）, or Biodiversity-related Sciences, with employment beginning from 1st February 2019. All applicants should have a Ph.D. degree （at least one year of postdoctoral or other equivalent research experience is required for applying the assistant professorship）. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching and research and have a good command of English. The application package should include a cover letter （indicating the rank being applied for and a representative publication dated after 1st February 2014）, curriculum vitae, statements of research and teaching interests, a copy of the Ph.D. diploma, reprints of all publications after 1st February 2012, and two letters of recommendation. If applying for an assistant professorship, one recommendation letter should be from the applicants Ph.D. supervisor. Transcripts of graduate studies are only required for applicants whose representative publication is a Ph.D. thesis.
