工作內容：Technical Service Trainee Program is a well organized 18 months program which provides a big practice platform and an advanced training system for young talents who are key players and future leaders. In a period of 18 months the trainee would be involved and signed in specific projects and through handling assigned tasks, under very close guidance and coaching to get exposure and acquire in technical functional competences in areas of product development, manufacturing process, technologies, project management and quality management. Target on board: 2019 Nov.
