公告主旨 【台灣賓士】Compliance & Administration Intern 企業規範管理暨行政部門 學生實習

公告內容 【工作內容】
Responsibility:
1.To support the implementation of data compliance programs/ projects e.g. “data protection process design & monitoring” according to Taiwan Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and “compliance risk assessment”
2.To support the review, announcement and documentation of policy and guideline management
3.Cross function coordination with legal and regional compliance office in China
4.To support administration daily operation and projects (e.g. customer satisfaction survey)
5.To support the development (e.g. coding) of e solution/process optimization for administration related processes

Qualification:
1.College or graduate school student (Study of law for science and technology as plus)
2.Well-versed in PC operations (MS Office specially excel, Excel VBA/VLOOKUP & OneNote and Google docs/ Open Office as plus)
3.Fluent English and Chinese in both writing (e.g. announcement) and oral communication
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Logical thinking
6.Responsible, proactive, can do attitude and team spirit.

Working Period: 6 months (Feb – August, 2019)
The selected candidate will be expected to work at least 3 days a week (Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00)
