Content	The Department of Entomology at the National Taiwan University invites applications for a faculty position （open rank） in the areas of Biodiversity （preferable）, or Insect Sciences, with employment beginning from 1st February 2018. All applicants should have a Ph.D. degree （preferably with at least one year of postdoctoral or other equivalent research experience）. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching and research and have a good command of English （knowledge of Chinese is not required）. The application package should include a cover letter （indicating the rank being applied for and a representative publication dated after 1st February 2013）, curriculum vitae, statements of research and teaching interests, a copy of the Ph.D. diploma, reprints of all publications after 1st February 2011, and two letters of recommendation. If applying for an assistant professorship, one recommendation letter should be from the applicants Ph.D. supervisor. Transcripts of graduate studies are only required for applicants whose representative publication is a Ph.D. thesis.
