Content	Faculty Positions Announcement The School of Forestry and Resource Conservation, National Taiwan University currently has an opening in each of the following areas: 1. Interactions of Climate Change and Forest Ecosystems （Main in investigation and monitoring of CO2 or water flux in forests）. 2. Forest Restoration or Forest Vegetation. Position Type: full-time Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor to commence on February 1, 2018. Qualifications: A Ph.D. in the above mentioned area or a related discipline is required, preferably with teaching or postdoctoral experiences. Qualified applicants need to submit the following required documents: 1. A curriculum vita and a letter specifying the position applied for Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor. 2. A certified photocopy of the Ph.D. diploma. 3. Applicants applying for the rank of Assistant Professor also need to submit official graduate school academic transcripts （photocopy not accepted）. 4. A publication list and three hard copies of publications published after February 1, 2011. Applicants applying for the rank of Assistant Professor also need to submit three hard copies of Ph.D. thesis. Please designate one paper as the representative paper. The representative paper must be a journal article published after February 1, 2013 in a SCI （SSCI, A&HCI） indexed journal, with the applicant as the first or corresponding author. The selected reference paper should be published in hard copy or electronic form with specific volume and page numbers. Should there be one or more co-authors, a consent form must be signed by all co-authors and submitted. 5. A summary of research accomplishments and future research objectives. 6. A teaching proposal. [Teaching proposal should include at least one course syllabus of the following courses: a. For applicant to the Interactions of Climate Change and Forest Ecosystems position: Measurement of Carbon Dioxide Flux in Forest Stands, Climate Change and Energy and Mass Flux in Forests, Forest-Atmosphere Interaction. b. For applicant to the Forest Restoration or Forest Vegetation position: Vegetation Ecology, Forest Restoration, Applied Forest Ecology.] 7. Two letters of reference.
