▍基金會介紹
無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織，致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響，以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助，不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的訓練事務專員加入我們的團隊。
📌訓練事務專員
訓練事務專員須和香港Field HR專案經理、台灣團隊以及各關係人密切合作，共同規劃以及執行2024年的「外科與緊急應變訓練」（暫定訓練名稱）。我們正在尋找一位具高度組織性、注重細節、積極主動、善於溝通、具備良好人際關係、並且能夠同時與不同關係人協作。此職務內容包含專案進度管理、各項會議之規劃及參與、經費管理、行政支援、並確保專案及時完成。
*合約期間: 2024年6月至2024年10月18日。

📌資訊專員:
資訊部門主要職責在提供組織內部與資訊技術相關的支援及服務，維護公司資訊系統和技術資源有效運作，以確保公司運作不受影響，進而達成組織目標。此外，資訊部門亦負責執行網路安全措施，以保護基礎設施、系統和數據免受網路威脅的影響。

▍Médecins Sans Frontières （MSF） is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei.
📌Training Event Officer
The Training Event Officer will work closely with the Field HR Project Manager based in Hong Kong, the Taiwan Team, and various stakeholders in the organization and implementation of Surgical/Emergency Preparedness Training （provisional training title） 2024. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. This task involves monitoring project plans, organizing and participating in various stakeholders meetings, monitoring budgets and expenditures, providing administrative support, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
*Contract Duration: June 2024 – 18 October 2024.

📌IT Officer
The main functions of the IT department are to provide support and services related to information technology within MSF, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the companys information systems and technological resources to support business operations and achieve organizational goals. Moreover, the IT department also responsible for putting cybersecurity measures in place to safeguard the infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats.
