【Job Description】
What kind of tasks will you have?
●Searching for potential candidates in the company databases
●Screening CVs based on the role profile
●Managing pre-screening interview in Mandarin and English as well
●Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms
●Working on your own project related to HR, especially recruitment
【The Successful Applicant】
We have been searching for you, if you:
●Are in your final year university studies now
●Are self-confident in both English and Mandarin communication
●Are interested in HR processes and the different fields of Human Resources
●Can communicate easily and you are not afraid of phone interviews
●Are ready to work alone if needed
●Are fast-paced and self-motivated
