Job Description
What kind of tasks will you have?
•Searching for potential candidates in the company databases
•Screening CVs based on the role profile
•Managing pre-screening interview in Mandarin and English as well
•Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms
•Working on your own project related to HR, especially recruitment
The Successful Applicant
We have been searching for you, if you:
•Are in your final year university studies now
•Are self-confident in both English and Mandarin communication
•Are interested in HR processes and the different fields of Human Resources
•Can communicate easily and you are not afraid of phone interviews
•Are ready to work alone if needed
•Are fast-paced and self-motivated
