【工作範圍】
1. 針對菲律賓車廠客戶，規劃服務策略，並執行服務戰略
1. Work out the service strategy and handle service provision for automotive business customers in Philippines.
2. 全方位監督並接收市場的產品品質回饋、領導內部分析，並提供客戶解決方案
2. Collect quality concern from the field, lead issue analysis and provide solution to customers.
3. 規劃並執行客戶產品教育訓練
3. Lead technical training and maintain customer relationship.
4. 提升客戶服務滿意度，維繫客戶關係、並控制公司內部成本
4. Reach 100% customer satisfaction
【任職要求】
1. 良好的菲律賓、英文、中文聽說讀寫能力及溝通技巧
1. Fluent in Filipino, English, Mandarin.
2. 長駐於菲律賓，能因任務需求進行出差
2. Working base in Philippines. Need to support travelling domestically and abroad.
3. 具有工程、科學、管理類背景

【工作範圍】
1. 針對印尼/泰國車廠客戶，規劃服務策略，並執行服務戰略
1. Work out the service strategy and handle service provision for automotive business customers in Indonesia, Thailand and Southeast Asian countries.
2. 全方位監督並接收市場的產品品質回饋、領導內部分析，並提供客戶解決方案
2. Collect quality concern from the field, lead issue analysis and provide solution to customers.
3. 規劃並執行客戶產品教育訓練
3. Lead technical training and maintain customer relationship.

【任職要求】

2. 長駐新加坡，能因任務需求，至東南亞國家出差或派駐
2. Working base in Singapore. Need to support travelling abroad in Southeast Asian countries.
