公告內容	Markets Spend your summer working alongside our industry experts in our Sales, Trading and Research businesses. Our teams research and identify opportunities and risk, and develop and execute complex financial transactions.　 What You Can Expect You will join our Sales team, where you will gain a deep understanding of the global financial markets. You’ll learn about the solutions, products, and insights we offer clients to manage any market condition – helping propose trade ideas, managing risk as a part of a “desk,” or conducting research in a specific sector team.　 “I’m surrounded by people who are willing to teach me and share their experiences.” – Raisah, Analyst The ten-week program will begin with online training, followed by four days of classroom instruction on markets, credit analysis, economics, financial metrics and Excel. Through hands-on experience and ongoing education, you’ll participate in trading simulations and learn more about global market strategies and asset classes - equities, credit, foreign exchange, commodities and emerging markets. Throughout the internship you’ll sharpen your skills, while building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and other colleagues. You may receive an offer of full-time employment upon successful completion of the program. About You We're looking for individuals with the vision and insights to advise our teams and clients around the world. Key Qualifications: ‧Minimum GPA of 3.2 / 4.0 GPA, 75% - 87% or above ‧Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills ‧Genuine interest in financial markets and economic data and trends ‧Excel, Powerpoint and Word proficiency ‧Excellent leadership and collaborative skills ‧Fluency in English is essential ‧Fluency of Mandarin or other Asia language preferred Our Mission Talent is the currency of our business.
